Drilled LE with #36, main spar with #30, aft skin and hinge with 1/8".
Located and drilled pivot channel to skin and rib #7. Needed to add a shim between the channel and rib #7.
Checked aileron for freedom of movement. Moves easily with a couple of oscillations when displaced before coming to rest near the neutral position. Had to bend the counterbalance arms outboard about 1/8" so the nuts would clear the skin cutout.
Removed skins to start deburring and dimpling.
Did final install of the pivot channel. Bending the end of W20-05R results in the channel being 9-1/8" long, scaled from drawing and my finished part. The space between rib 6 and 7 at this point is about 3/16" more than the finished channel. I made a spacer from 3/16" stock to fill the gap.
Installed and torqued the pivot block #6 screws to 8 in-lb and added torque seal.
